Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. cumin powder
  • 1 tsp. coriander powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat buns
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 leaves of lettuce
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 tbsp. Burger Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix ground Beef, Red Onion, Parsley, Cilantro, Garlic, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, paprika powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients well and make four patties of equal size.
  • Preheat the grill or a non-stick pan to medium-high heat.
  • Grill or cook the patties on each side for 5-6 minutes until they are fully cooked.
  • In a small bowl, mix 4 tbsp. of Jesse Kelly Sauce or other burger sauce.
  • Keep it aside for later use.
  • Cut the whole wheat buns in half.
  • Toast them lightly.
  • Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the bun, followed by a slice of tomato.
  • Put the cooked patty on top of the tomato slice.
  • Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the patty.
  • Spread 1 tbsp. Of Jassi Kelly Sauce on the top half of the bun.
  • Place the top half of the bun on top of the cheese.
