Mix ground Beef, Red Onion, Parsley, Cilantro, Garlic, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, paprika powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
Mix all the ingredients well and make four patties of equal size.
Preheat the grill or a non-stick pan to medium-high heat.
Grill or cook the patties on each side for 5-6 minutes until they are fully cooked.
In a small bowl, mix 4 tbsp. of Jesse Kelly Sauce or other burger sauce.
Keep it aside for later use.
Cut the whole wheat buns in half.
Toast them lightly.
Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the bun, followed by a slice of tomato.
Put the cooked patty on top of the tomato slice.
Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the patty.
Spread 1 tbsp. Of Jassi Kelly Sauce on the top half of the bun.
Place the top half of the bun on top of the cheese.
